To receive academic credit for an internship experience, students must complete an Internship Agreement Form prior to beginning the internship.

Please complete this form with your supervisor and return it to Lisa Sipes, Internship Coordinator, by the Friday PRIOR to the first week of the interning quarter to receive credit through COMM 683. The Internship Agreement Form will be reviewed and either approved or denied within 48 hours of submission.
