Students should visit the University Registrar's website for registration information, fee deadlines, and other important university dates. Some important dates and deadlines for the School of Communication are listed below.
Major Application Deadline
The deadline to submit an application to the Journalism or Communication majors is the second Friday of the quarter.
Winter 2012:
Friday, January 13
Spring 2012:
Friday, April 6
Applications are accepted each quarter to the School of Communication.
Internship Agreement Form Deadline
The deadline to submit a completed Internship Agreement Form for COMM 683 is the Friday PRIOR to the quarter in which you are completing your internship. The form must be submitted to the Internship Coordinator in 3033 Derby Hall no later than 4pm on the deadline.

Scholarship Deadline
The School of Communication offers over $70,000 annually in scholarship awards to its students.
Scholarships for the 2011-2012 academic year have been awarded. The scholarship application for the 2012-2013 academic year will be available in January 2012.
