School Welcomes Graduate Students with Breakfast

The Ohio State School of Communication welcomed its 2011 class of graduate students Friday, with a breakfast and meet-and-greet session in the Faculty Club.

Numerous members of the faculty and staff joined the students for a welcome from Director Carroll Glynn and Graduate Chair Lance Holbert. All those present then had the opportunity to introduce themselves, and share their interests both inside and outside of the classroom. Students came to Ohio State from across America and the world, including Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Texas, California and Korea. 

The breakfast was just one of numerous activities planned for the graduate students, as they prepare to launch their academic careers at Ohio State on Wednesday, Sept. 21.
